What’s going on here? The title of the video is “grilling steaks,” but none of them are on the grill. I don’t really understand how cooking on a piece of cast iron, on a grill, is substantially different than on a cast iron skillet. I love your videos. In fact, I have been watching them for yeas and I have made several of your dishes, but I fail to understand this video about “grilling steaks.”

As a meatcutter for 35 years sir, I must tell you in all honesty, those are 3 of the worst looking steaks I have ever seen. You have the correct cuts, just not from the correct part of the short loin or rib...You need me to go with you the next time...
